You'll be close to some stunning surf beaches and to the safe, calm waters of Geographe Bay. You'll also be close to numerous vineyards, restaurants and attractions. It's around a three hour drive south by car from Perth, which is approximately 250kms away.

DRIVING DOWN FROM PERTH
Tip: fill your car up with fuel before getting on the freeway, as there is a lack of fuel stations until you get close to Bunbury. The easiest way to navigate is to follow the signs (!) - note, you don't actually want to go into these towns, just to use them for direction...

Take the Kwinana Freeway away from Perth and head south.
Head towards Bunbury until you see signs to Busselton.
Head towards Busselton until you see signs to Dunsborough.
Head towards Dunsborough until you see signs to Yallingup. Once you're about 4kms past Dunsborough, turn right onto Hemsley Road.
You'll soon find Yallingup Forest Resort. Time to relax!
