Overview
Wake up every morning to the sounds of the waves on the bay and take a glimpses of the ocean from your front door. A short sandy track across the road to the beach awaits you. This place is a real gem!
Set on a large leafy block, complete with mulberry and lemon trees plus lawns out the front and back, this home makes an ideal base for a small family or a group of friends.
The rear yard is also enclosed, which is perfect for pets and young children. Plenty of room for your boat and bikes!
The kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, with ample crockery, cutlery and cookware, and there are plenty of places inside and out to enjoy a meal or a glass of wine. A big alfresco area and BBQ zone will be the heart of the home across summer.
Although it's not a high tech home, it has a new TV for free-to-air viewing and reverse cycle heating and air-conditioning for comfort all year round.

Note that a compulsory additional cleaning fee of $196 and linen pack of $111 applies to each booking. There is also a $500 refundable bond and a $76 booking fee. Credit card payments attract a 1.75% fee (Visa and Mastercard).

A refundable security bond will apply to each booking (varies from $200
to $1,000), and is payable with the final payment prior to your stay.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any property or on verandahs
or decks
Parties, weddings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at
Down South Holidays properties. We also do not allow Leavers and
associated bookings.
Check-in time is 3pm or later on the arrival date specified in the Check-
In Letter and check out time is no later than 10am on the departure date
specified in the Check-In Letter. These times must be strictly adhered to.
