Turn left at the STOP sign and immediately right continuing along Wallcliffe Road. 2nd road on your right is Surfers Point Road turn here and then 1st left into Mitchell Drive, 1st right into Pappadakis Way(opposite Seagardens Cafe) and sharp right into Vattos Way. 100 metres up the top of the road is Aquatic Visions.
Seaview Apartment is located on the southside of the main residence and the Studio Apartment on the north side via the gravel track.

Olio Bello is located approximately 3 hours (270 kilometres) drive south of Perth City. Take the Kwinana Freeway south out of Perth, which will become the Forrest Highway. Follow the signs to Bunbury and then to Busselton, travelling via the Bussell Highway.
At the Busselton roundabout turn left onto the Busselton Bypass, following the signs for Cowaramup and Margaret River. At the Vasse roundabout proceed straight ahead, following Bussell Highway through Cowaramup and continuing south a couple of kilometres until you see the signpost for Cowaramup Bay Road. Turn right onto Cowaramup Bay Road and travel approximately 8 kilometres before turning left onto Armstrong Road and arriving at Olio Bello.

Turn third right into Merlot Place and second house on left (No. 25) A large cream house with poles and a verandah around. First drive has two small walls either side of the drive with Vintners Retreat on a wooden sign. CONTINUE TO THE SECOND DRIVE WHERE THERE IS A GUEST PARKING SIGN, PARK TO ONE SIDE AT THE TOP OF THE DRIVE TO TO TOP OF THE DRIVE PARK TO ONE SIDE BY THE SECOND FRENCH DOORS WHICH IS YOUR ENTRANCE.
