Glamping is all about relaxing, connecting with nature , adventure and fun. Olio Bello Lakeside glamping will offer all of this and more.
With a commitment to sustainability, simplicity and style, each bungalow is named after an olive grove or aspect unique to the farm and is a striking reminder of how good the simple things in life can be.
Our Bungalows have been carefully designed to showcase the dramatic exterior landscape and changing natural beauty of the property, whilst providing a tranquil retreat from a bustling outside world.
As one of Australia's most awarded boutique producers of organic olive oil, we're proud to showcase our Organic Farm, Cafe, Tasting Room, Gourmet Deli and Organic Beauty range.
You'll also find a wide range of things to do. Whether it's a massage in the groves, yoga class, bush walking, bird watching, wining and dining, olive oil tasting, afternoon siesta or a game of bocce - we provide a unique accommodation experience.
The pristine beaches of Gracetown, world-class wineries and charming township of Cowaramup, are also only minutes away.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Payment Policy
Payment for the full amount of your reservation will be deducted from your credit card within 24 hours of booking.
A valid credit card number will be required as a security bond.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or amendment to the booking may be made up to 14 days prior to arrival for a 5% administration fee.
Within 14 days of arrival no refund will be made.
Over peak times: cancellation or amendment to the booking may be made up to 30 days prior to arrival for a 5% admin fee.
Within 30 days of arrival no refund will be made.
There are no refunds for early departures.
We strongly advise that you take out travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected changes to your travel plans.
All rates at the time of booking are correct and current and cannot be changed under any circumstances once booking has been made.
Each Bungalow can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. Prices are based on 2 adults only.
Bedding arrangements for additional guests are upon request and need to be confirmed with Management before arrival.
Additional adults and older children (13 and over) are charged at $55 per night. Children (2 – 12 years) are charged at $35 per child per night. The accommodation is not suitable for children under the age of 2.
A two night minimum applies.
A three night minimum applies over peak periods.
Accommodation is room only unless otherwise stated. A Breakfast Hamper and other extras are only included as advertised or are available to order at an additional charge.
Olio Bello is a fully operational working farm and 100% Certified Organic with abundant wildlife and stock. Sorry we cannot accommodate pets. Please make alternative arrangements for your pets when staying with us.
Due to fire restrictions smoking and barbecuing are not allowed on the property.
The property has a large un-fenced dam which is not suitable for swimming or recreational activities.

Olio Bello is located approximately 3 hours (270 kilometres) drive south of Perth City. Take the Kwinana Freeway south out of Perth, which will become the Forrest Highway. Follow the signs to Bunbury and then to Busselton, travelling via the Bussell Highway.
At the Busselton roundabout turn left onto the Busselton Bypass, following the signs for Cowaramup and Margaret River. At the Vasse roundabout proceed straight ahead, following Bussell Highway through Cowaramup and continuing south a couple of kilometres until you see the signpost for Cowaramup Bay Road. Turn right onto Cowaramup Bay Road and travel approximately 8 kilometres before turning left onto Armstrong Road and arriving at Olio Bello.
