Description
Featuring four individual, self-contained villas cantilevered over a stunning lake. Each villa accommodates just two adults and includes kitchen, lounge, woodfire, king bed, spacious bathroom, freestanding bath and a large private deck. Complimentary local wine, coffee (coffee machine), organic tea and bathroom products are provided.
Each villa features a beautiful wood fireplace complete with wood for your stay and even your first night’s fire already set up and ready for you to light. The villas are east facing, meaning the winter wind and rains will pass over the villa and not in through the private balcony. With curves in all the right places, guests will love a soak in the deep freestanding bath. This stunning bath is indoors, but with all the outdoor views, ensuring that windy or cold weather doesn't ruin a relaxing bath experience. Set against a large window the bath boasts uninterrupted views across the lake and forest.
Edge Luxury Villas is located in Wilyabrup, where some of the world’s greatest Chardonnays and Cabernets are crafted. The first commercial grapevine plantings by Vasse Felix were planted here in Wilyabrup, followed by Cullen, Woodlands and Moss Wood. These wineries are all within a few kilometers of Edge Luxury Villas, making it an ideal location for guests to explore the Margaret River Wine Region.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Please ensure you abide by the following ‘Edge Luxury Villas Rules’ to ensure you and others have a safe and
enjoyable stay with us…
1. Customer service is available 9am – 5pm, 7 days - Phone: 0408 386 707.
2. Emergencies: After Hours Emergency Assistance (strictly emergencies only) – Phone 0408 386 707 - In the
event of an emergency evacuation of the property, please meet at a nominated muster point as signposted
and displayed in your Villa (indicated on your site map).
3. Fire hose reels are located throughout the property for emergencies only.
4. Room check out time is by 10am.
5. Speed limit for all modes of transport is strictly 20km/hour maximum.
6. Vehicles: One vehicle parking space per villa *Please contact management for additional, or larger vehicle
parking allocations
7. Please keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10pm and 8am daily.
8. Guests are responsible for the behaviour of their visitors while on the property.
9. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred by themselves or their guests.
10. Guests are responsible for keeping valuables, vehicles etc. secure at all times. Management accepts no
responsibility for the theft or damage to any property brought onto the premises by any person.
11. Abusive or threatening language and behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstance and may result
in the immediate cancellation of your stay.
12. Replacement of room keys will be charged to the guest if lost/taken.
13. Smoking is not permitted inside villas/on verandahs, or in any other indoor, or guest walkways and communal
areas across the property.
14. No pets permitted in villas or on the property.
15. Management reserves the right to amend the Edge Luxury Villas Rules at any time.
