Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
A refundable security bond will apply to each booking (varies from $200 to $1,000), and is payable with the final payment prior to your stay. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any property or on verandahs or decks Parties, weddings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at Down South Holidays properties. We also do not allow Leavers and associated bookings. Check-in time is 3pm or later on the arrival date specified in the Check- In Letter and check out time is no later than 10am on the departure date specified in the Check-In Letter. These times must be strictly adhered to. Our getaway to the South West!
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Azura 6 Apartment. The property was very clean and well stocked for our arrival. The accommodation was quiet and secure. An absolutely fantastic location right in the heart of Dunsborough town where everything was at our fingertips. We cannot speak more highly of this beautiful accomodation.Great Location Comfortable Stay
Lovely apartment on outskirts of town, easy access to cafes and shops, but still peaceful and quiet. Easy walk to beach. Had a very comfortable stay. The managers and owner were very responsive.
