This spacious seaside holiday home is the perfect retreat destination for every season. In summer, enjoy the sunshine on the soft white sands of Dunsborough Beach. In winter, cozy up for a night in with a selection from our extensive DVD library, or watch the rain with a glass of wine from a local Margaret River vineyard, in the comfort of your own private deck lounge.
INTERIOR
Retriever Retreat is a brand new, open plan house with all the modern comforts of home. A sure way to enjoy your down south experience. Ceiling fans adorn each room, and the A/C in the lounge area assures a comfortable stay in any climate. A family feast is a breeze with the kitchens fully equipped modern cooking facilities, backyard BBQ, and generous 8-seater dining table in one of the multiple entertaining areas.
BEDROOMS
Boasting 3 bedrooms this secure seaside escape can sleep up to 6 adults comfortably. The pet friendly fencing means any fury friends are welcome too.
The Master Bedroom fitted with queen-sized bed; private powder room and French door access to the deck makes it ideal for a romantic couple’s retreat also. Another special feature is the large bathroom with powerful rain like shower head – everyone should experience at least once!
LOCATION
There’s so much to eat, see and do in Dunsborough! All of it only a kilometer away in the towns centre. There awaits a range of attractions, eateries and adventure. From charming little Café’s to up market restaurants for fine dining; Country Clubs to Churches, the Arts Centre to a variety of Shopping Outlets for some retail therapy. A 10-minute car ride will take you to the Surfing Beaches or a 30-minute cruise will take you well into the Wine Region of the South West. Dunsborough has everything you’ll need to enjoy your escape down south.

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Please note that there is a $150 admin fee for cancellations plus 1 night stay if done less than 7 days before check-in. For COVID cancellations due to a lockdown we would first attempt to alter your dates but if cancellation is necessary $150 admin fee only.

Lovely pet friendly house within walking distance to beach!

We had a lovely weekend at Retriever Retreat. The location is perfect as you feel you’re in the country, very tranquil and peaceful but it’s actually just a short stroll to the beach and boat ramp. Also just a 15 minute walk straight into town. The house is spacious and bright with simple, tasteful decor throughout. The kitchen has plenty crockery, cutlery, serving platters etc and is exceptionally well-equipped for cooking and dining in. The house was very clean, with comfortable beds, nice bed linen and fresh, fluffy towels. Nice secure back garden for our little dog and the front porch entertaining area was lovely for enjoying a sundowner! We’ve already booked our next visit!
