Set amongst beautiful bush land is your next 'Home away from Home'. This wonderful property resides on 5 acres of stunning bush, set back from the road to ensure maximum privacy. With plenty of trees providing shade for those lazy afternoons, the whole family can relax with ease.
With a sweeping rear deck shaded by gums and olive trees, take some time out to enjoy some of the local produce that this region is famous for. The kids can enjoy the surrounds or laze in the separate studio while you relax with a wine.
A quick drive into town and you can explore all that Dunsborough has to offer. Have a coffee or do some shopping; the possibilities are endless!

Spacious lounge area with wrap-around windows will comfortably house the whole family.
Close to everything, you will have the beautiful Margaret River Region at your disposal. A short drive to town, the wonderful beaches and all the wineries and restaurants that dot the area, enjoy your next holiday in style. Make your next getaway one to remember. Bedrooms are as follows:
Bedroom 1 - King bed with ensuite.
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed.
Bedroom 3 - Single bed plus trundle.
Sleeps 6.
Bathrooms are as follows:
Ensuite - Shower, vanity and WC.
Bathroom - Shower, vanity and separate WC.
Linen is not provided. You may bring your own or hire at a cost of $35.00 per bed which covers bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels. Beds will not be made up - if you would like beds made up prior to your arrival please advise at time of booking. Cost is $60.00.
Please note that this property does not have wifi connection.
Minimum stay requirements are as follows:
Christmas/New Year - 7 nights.
Easter long weekend - 4 nights.
Long weekends - 3 nights.
Midweek and weekends - 2 nights.
Other costs are as follows:
Cleaning surcharge of $250.00 applies to all 2 night bookings.
Non refundable booking fee of $66.00.
Refundable bond of $1000.00.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking in order to secure the reservation. Full payment including refundable bond of $1 000 is required 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your booking. If the booking is made within 8 weeks then full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Should you cancel your accommodation the deposit is forfeited. As per HIGHLIFE Holiday Properties policy a Security Bond of between $1000.00 - $1500.00 is payable on all holiday properties. This bond is fully refundable once the stay has finished and the clean / property inspection have been completed and no damage has been reported. The property is required to be left in a clean and tidy state as you found the property on your arrival. This requires that the barbecue is to be clean dishwasher loaded and cycle commenced (cleaners will empty). Fireplaces cleaned all furniture to be returned to original position as on your arrival and all keys/remotes to be returned as per instructions at the end of your stay. Please be aware that for stays of two nights or less a cleaning surcharge of $250 will apply. A booking fee of $66.00 is also required. Please be aware that a 7 night minimum stay is required during the Christmas/New Year break. 4 Night minimum stay over the Easter period and 3 nights stay over all Long Weekends.
