Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
All trips are dependent on weather conditions and minimum numbers met. Oceania Experiences reserves the right to cancel or postpone a tour, charter or service if minimum numbers to run a tour isn't met or if the weather conditions make it unsafe or unpleasant.
Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
A Credit will be granted up to 24hrs before a tour and only a full refund/ Cancellation will be allowed 48hrs prior to tour time. No-shows will be charged the full price.
