Situated only a few minutes drive from Dunsborough town centre yet feeling secluded, The Roo House is your perfect destination for a bit of RnR!
The house is ideal for families alike traveling due to the house having 2 wings on either side. To the left you will find 2 bedrooms both overlooking the bush and one having an ensuite for convenience. The family bathroom is also along this hallway and services the other bedroom here. The right hand side of the house is newly built and boasts a huge lounge area overlooking the expansive garden and on a clear day you can see the ocean. Open the bi-folding doors to really encapsulate the view and get a sense of bringing the outdoors in. The master King bedroom and ensuite also over looks this vista and the minor bedrooms are located at the front of this wing with another family bathroom.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
If you are bringing a pet, please add the pet fee at the time of booking. It is important to note, your pet cannot be left unattended at the property, this is a requirement of the local council.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
