This 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom holiday home is perfect for family gatherings or a relaxing getaway. Located in a quiet rural area, Kokomo is perfect for families to unwind and enjoy the natural surroundings.

INTERIOR
Entering through the gate you are greeted with three different pod style areas. To your left is the main studio with the sumptuous master suite complete with its very own lounge area, atmospheric ethanol fire and huge en-suite with his and her sinks. The middle pod is where you will find the 2nd King room on a mezzanine level and a lounge room downstairs with large corner sofa to snuggle and watch a movie or perhaps watch on as your family fight it out on the foosball table.

The main house boasts a beautiful open plan, fully stocked kitchen and dining area ready for you to enjoy a meal and discuss the exciting events you enjoyed throughout the day. Open the bi-folding doors to merge the indoor with serene outdoor feeling Kokomo has to offer. The snug lounge room is perfect for those cooler nights where you can light the fire and relax with a book or a film.

The right hand side of the main property houses the minor bedrooms consisting of a further 2 king bedrooms, one which has an en-suite with bath and the final bedroom perfect for the kids which has a double and a single bed.

EXTERIOR
The outdoor space of Kokomo is something special and a space to enjoy utter relaxation in a resort style area beside the lovely pool. Take your pick of places to sit and enjoy a local glass of wine and charcuterie board and soak up the sun whilst the kids play in the pool.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.

In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.

Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Amazing home in amazing location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book here again! The house is fantastic, in a really great location near vineyards, Ngigli cave, the beach and many other attractions. But for those not wishing to venture out, it's also just a great place to relax and unwind with a pool perfect for kids and adults and a good entertainment room.
