INTERIOR
This holiday home boasts 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms.
The open-plan living and dining area offers comfortable seating for 6, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal together. A smart TV ensures entertainment for the whole family.
The kitchen is ready for your culinary creations with a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, and a wide range of utensils, cookware, and serving dishes. You'll also find plenty of storage space for your ingredients and supplies.
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, mop, and an outdoor clothesline, ensuring you have everything you need during your stay.
BEDROOMS
- Bedroom 1: King-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and ducted air conditioning.
- Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed, wardrobe space, and air conditioning.
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds, ideal for children, also with ducted air conditioning.
The main bathroom, shared between bedrooms 2 and 3, includes a shower, bath, vanity, and heating lamp. A hairdryer is also provided for your convenience.
OUTDOORS
The spacious alfresco area features an outdoor table setting for 8, a gas BBQ, and a cozy chimenea, perfect for those cool winter nights. The outdoor bath is a popular highlight, offering a tranquil spot to unwind under the stars.

This delightful holiday home is nestled at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac in the serene suburb of Old Dunsborough. Enjoy the nearby attractions, from the Old Dunsborough Boat Ramp and swimming beach with a shark net to the Dunsborough and Districts Country Club, where you can indulge in golf, lawn bowls, or enjoy a family meal.
For nature lovers, Cape Cottage is just a 10-minute walk from the entry to Meelup Regional Park, home to stunning wildlife including kangaroos, possums, and parrots. Take the hiking trails that lead to the Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse and the renowned Cape to Cape walk trail. If you're in the mood for shopping or dining, the Dunsborough townsite is just a short bike ride or a 5-minute drive away.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. Excessive noise will result in a forfeit of your bond.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
If you are bringing a pet, please add the pet fee at the time of booking. Please be aware, you cannot leave your dog unattended at the property, this is a requirement of the local council.
