Hop aboard the Nebraska II and experience the natural wonders and marine life of the Kalbarri coastline . It is a large stable 50ft vessel which is owned and operated by 2 brothers from local third generation commercial fishing family that began charter fishing in 1978. We can show case all Kalbarri has to offer in a range of charter tours. Operating out of the mighty Murchison River mouth and taking in the spectacular and ancient coastal cliffs the south of Kalbarri where you can experience a morning Cliff Cruise, Lobster Pot Pull, Sunset Coastal Cliff Cruise or book the vessel for a private function/party.

TERMS & CONDITIONS Liability Conditions Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter offer tours that may involve physical activities. This being said all customers must understand that it is a personal choice and therefor they accept that they do so at their own risk. Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter shall not be liable for any death personal injury or loss or damage to property. All passengers shall comply with any and all instructions given by the Master and crew of the vessel Nebraska II. Any passenger/ Passengers that refuse to do as asked by Master or crew will be returned to point of departure without refund.

PASSENGER INFORMATION Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter recommend that you wear comfortable clothing taking into account it can sometimes be cooler on the ocean. It is also recommended that you wear appropriate foot wear (covered in shoes) at all times on the tour. Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter reserve the right to ask any passenger to wear a life jacket. Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter request that all children should be supervised by their parents/ guardian at all times and that they understand the safety instructions given by vessel Master and crew.

SMOKING POLICY There is a NO SMOKING policy onboard the Vessel. The only time smoking is permitted is when the vessel is booked for a private function/ Party. Personal health and the environment are a high priority for Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter.

ALCOHOL POLICY Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter – Passengers are permitted to bring their own alcohol onboard and this must be discussed with the master before departure of the Tours. Restrictions apply. Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter reserves the right to refuse alcohol to any passenger at any time during a tour. Any behaviour that is deemed inappropriate by the vessel master from a passenger can result in the immediate removal of the said passenger or the termination of the tour without refund.The vessel is a regulated premise and must abide by the state liquor licensing laws. Kalbarri Rock Lobster Tours & Charter will not be liable for any passengers not adhering to rules outlined by vessel crew.
