3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house that has recently been renovated. 1 x Queen bed, 1 x Double, 1 Tri Bunk and 1 Bunk . SLEEPS 9 PEOPLE. Brand new airconditioned third bedroom has been added and designed to eventually be wheelchair friendly, this room has its own private bathroom and shower.

Reverse cycle air con in living,dining and kitchen, ceiling fans in living areas. TV and DVD player. Front loader washing machine in laundry area. Microwave, fridge/freezer and new stove/oven in kitchen.

Large chest freezer also for you to store all the fish you catch. BBQ, outdoor furniture and plumbed fish cleaning table on back patio. Verandah full length of the front and one side of the house with ramp access to both front and back. Rear yard with lawn and fully fenced with drive through access. Plenty of parking and room out the back to wash the boat. Rod holders.

Pillows and Comforters are provided on all beds. BYO Linen, Towels, bath mats and tea towels & BYO BLANKETS

$50 Dog Fee Payable. Bring your Doggies bed to sleep outside only..

3. Pet Friendly, but STRICTLY no pets inside. $59 fee applies. (Max 1 dog)

5. NONE of our properties are serviced.

6. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town.

7. NO smoking inside our properties.

Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkelling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.
