INTERIOR
The main bedroom is equipped with a comfortable Queen-sized bed and offers stunning river views. It also includes an ensuite bathroom for your convenience. The heart of the home is the expansive kitchen, dining, and living area, which opens onto a generous balcony. From here, you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the Murchison River, the ocean, and the river mouth, perfectly framed for those spectacular sunsets.

For added convenience, there's a separate powder room and toilet off the family area. Each room is fitted with reverse-cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans, ensuring year-round comfort. Entertainment is covered with a 50" TV, Foxtel (including Sports channels), and a DVD player, though note that there is no Wi-Fi.

The home also features a functional laundry area, located at the bottom of the stairs, complete with a washing machine. Outside, you'll find a cozy enclosed backyard, perfect for relaxing with its undercover seating, BBQ, and outdoor shower. Parking is secure, with space for two cars or one car and a small boat.

Linen and towels are provided, ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. This is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Murchison River and the ocean.

Kalbarri is blessed with a unique environment and it wont take too long to see this for yourself with clean, safe river beaches, ocean side beaches boasting amazing rock pools and world renowned Jacques Point which has left point surf break for the avid surfers. Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkelling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.
