Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Catalina Adventures reserves the right or alter fares and departure times. All tours are subject to minimum numbers weather and tides. Tour times are approximate. Indemnity form must be completed for our jet boat tours and a parent or guardian must sign if the participant is under the 18 years old. Minimum height is 110cm.
Children are classed as 12 years of age and under and must be accompanied by an adult. Family rate is for 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years). Bookings are only confirmed upon full credit card details. Payment is only taken on the day of scheduled tour unless requested by customer.
Cancelation Policy by Participant:
- Any tour cancelled with over 24 hours’ notice
– no charge - Any tour cancelled with 24 hours’ notice
– 50% Tour price - Any tour cancelled less than 24hours’ notice
– 100% tour price - If passengers “no show’ a 100% cancelation fee will apply
Conditions of Travel:
As Catalina Adventures is an adventure ride you will be asked to sign an assumption of risk waiver upon boarding the vessel. Passengers board and ride on Catalina Adventures’ jet boat at their own risk. Any passengers who may be pregnant suffer from back neck or heart conditions or have had serious injuries are strongly advised not to ride on Catalina Adventures’ jet boat and should consult with the booking office before boarding with Catalina Adventures.
