Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
To keep our tours operational we require a minimum number of passengers. If we don’t reach the required figures we may reschedule or cancel the tour. Customers will be informed/contacted at least 10 hours before the tour and will have the option of either rescheduling or cancelling their booking with a full refund. We prioritise customers safety therefore we may cancel or reschedule a tour due to bad weather or any other situation that could be a safety risk to our guests. Customers are eligible for a full refund for cancelling 24 hour prior to their trip while they will get 70% of refund for cancellation of at least 10 hours before the trip. However there is no refund for cancelling within the 10 hours of the tour’s starting time.

Excellent day out
We were picked up by a very charming tour guide called Bernadette who took care of us for the day. The tour was better than expected, we visited the Penguins where a guide delivered an interesting talk on the rescue ones and the lives of the Penguins on the island. We also saw lots of birds and sailed by another island to see sea lions. The cherry on the top were the dolphins who were coming along by the boat. The boat crew were experts on the dolphins and made an effort to find them so we could see more. The day trip was a huge success, enjoyed by all four of us and we wholeheartedly recommend Bernadette as an experienced tour guide. She went above and beyond sharing her knowledge of the region and making our day extra special.
