INTERIOR
The house has a relaxed and charming feel which immediately makes you feel at home. The balcony on the first floor is set among tall, mature trees and overlooks the tennis court. You can also glimpse the ocean from here and hear the waves of Eagle Bay beach.
The first floor of the house has a king-size bedroom with a new bed, games room with two sets of bunk beds, and a TV-room with a sofa, bean bags, and a smart TV with WiFi available. There is also a laundry with an extra fridge and bathroom with a shower on the first floor.
The second floor has a further king-size bedroom and twin bedroom, both with new beds and a second bathroom. The kitchen upstairs is fully equipped with an open-plan living room and entry onto the balcony. A Weber Q BBQ is available for your use outside.
BEDROOMS
The property features 4 bedrooms split on 2 levels that offer 2 x king bedrooms and 2 x bedrooms that provide 2 bunks beds and 2 x single beds. There are 2 bathrooms with showers , one on each floor.
OUTDOORS
The house is situated just 200m from beautiful Eagle Bay beach, set amongst peppermint trees and has a full size tennis court which can be enjoyed by all. There is also a basketball hoop on the court and tennis and sports-equipment available.

PETS
There is a strict two pet limit. Pets are permitted by approval only, there is a fee of $35 per night charged separately. No pets on any furniture or inside bedrooms. No pets to be left unattended, this means pets must travel with you throughout your entire stay, our Noise Restrictions apply if pets are found unattended. No using bowls from the kitchen for your pet. Clean up after your pet, any waste or animal hair left will incur a $200 cleaning fee.
The cleaning fee for this property is $380.
The refundable bond for this property is $600.

To secure the property, a deposit of 50% is due on booking, the balance is due 60 days before your arrival. If your arrival date is within 60 days of the current date, then payment is due in full. All transactions are in Australian dollars. You may cancel 48hrs after booking if the reservation is outside 21 days from check-in and will give a full refund less any credit card charges.
