Nestled on three acres of private bushland, Elanora boasts cottage gardens, white-painted window frames, wooden floorboards, and a large farmhouse dining table, perfect for entertaining in the modern chef’s kitchen.
The large deck, with various seating and dining options, overlooks a manicured lawn, providing a beautiful place to relax and enjoy ocean views and visiting birdlife. Cozy chairs by the winter fireplace, an EV charger, and an enclosed yard for your dog add to the home's thoughtful amenities.

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
A refundable security bond will apply to each booking (varies from $200 to $1,000), and is payable with the final payment prior to your stay. Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any property or on verandahs or decks Parties, weddings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at Down South Holidays properties. We also do not allow Leavers and associated bookings. Check-in time is 3pm or later on the arrival date specified in the Check- In Letter and check out time is no later than 10am on the departure date specified in the Check-In Letter. These times must be strictly adhered to. Fantastic property in perfect location
The house has so much room with plenty of different zones for everyone to enjoy. From relaxing on the massive deck with ocean and bush views to a game of table tennis or unwind by the fireplace. The grassed area is perfect for kids to run around or kick a ball and the kitchen is equipped with everything you could think of with room for all 10 of us to prepare meals. We had an amazing time at Elanora and would recommend it 100%Perfect holiday house
Loved every thing about this house and so did our Golden retriever. It was great to walk to the dog beach every day. Although it was cold weather we still had a fabulous week, fireplace, reading corner in the sun (when it did come out), felt like we were in the forest yet only 5mins to the beach. We'll be back. My new favourite holiday house
