Bedroom 1 has a Queensize bed, and Bedroom 2 has 2 singles. The Unit has a maximum bedding arrangement for 4 persons. The unit has a Kitchen, Lounge and one bathroom. A fold out bed can be arranged on request for an additional small child. A cot and highchair is available for infants on request with the Owner. Please note this is not a Hotel/Motel with onsite reception. Access is provided by the Owner with a code to the lockbox provided in a text to the Guest prior to arrival. The Unit is self contained with a well equipped kitchen with some pantry staples available for use. Please note the Owner does not supply soap and shampoo. All linen is supplied which includes bedding and towels. The Owner provides a clean, home away from home for a family holiday or a weekend getaway for couples or a group of 4 persons.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Deposit: A minimum deposit of 50% of the value of the booking is required at the time of making the booking unless the booking is made within 14 days of arrival whereupon payment in full is required.
Cancellation Conditions: If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival there will be an automatic cancellation charge equivalent to the cost of one nights accommodation unless the accommodation is re-booked. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival there will be an automatic non-refundable cancellation charge equivalent to one nights accommodation or 50% of the entire booking which ever is greater. In addition there will be a booking centre fee of $65 for Albany Visitor Centre and $55 for WA Holiday Guide. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Directions
Entering Albany, travelling in a southerly direction, via the Albany Highway, three roundabouts later you eventually arrive at Albany's main shopping precinct: York Street, Locker Ave roundabout. Turn left into St Emile Way (about 11'o'clock) and left again which is Middleton Road.
If you miss the Emile Way turn off, travel south along York Street, stay in the left hand lane, turn left into Serpentine Road and left into Aberdeen Road, this takes you back to the Emile Way roundabout.
Follow Middlleton Road, past Douglas,Vine and Campbell roundabout and finally Bluff St and you arrive at the Middleton Mews.

We found the unit to be spacious and inviting. Perfect for a family getaway. The kids are entertained with the lake out the back with plenty of ducks to keep an eye on. Everything is in decent distance with a lovely cafe up the road.Quiet and calm neighbourhood
Lynette’s place is located not far from the city centre and middleton beach. Quiet and calm neighbourhood. There is a beautiful lake just outside the place. Early morning sunrise is wonderful. Calm and peaceful place to spend the holiday in Albany.
