Albany Foreshore Guest House is located at 86 Stirling Terrace, Albany, WA, forms part of historic Vancouver House, built in 1881 by the National Australia Bank. Until the 1970’s Vancouver House was the main regional banking office for the National Bank in the Great Southern region.
Albany Foreshore Guest House, is less than 1km from Albany Waterfront Marina, 700m from the Albany Entertainment Centre and 2.7km from the National Anzac Centre. The nearest airport is Albany Airport, 12 km away and the drop off point for Transwa buses is just a short walk away. Plus, it is just a short stroll to many shops, bars, cafes and resturants. We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
Deposit: A minimum deposit of 50% of the value of the booking is required at the time of making the booking unless the booking is made within 30 days of arrival whereupon payment in full is required
Cancellation Conditions: If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival there will be an automatic cancellation charge equivalent to the cost of one nights accommodation. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival there will be an automatic non-refundable cancellation charge equivalent to one nights accommodation or 50% of the entire booking which ever is greater. In addition there will be a $65 Albany visitors Centre cancellation fee.
50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.

Follow Albany Highway into the city centre. Drive down York Street all the way to the bottom and when you reach the last roundabout turn left onto Stirling Terrace. We are situated next door to Dylans on the Terrace Cafe.

Charming accommodation
If you like collections, memorabilia, old things, victorian buildings and being looked after, this is the accommodation for you. Every metre of the walls under the seriously high ceilings is packed with reproductions of classical paintings. A very comprehensive camera collection lines the halls and dining room. In a great location near the train/bus station. Quirky with a great breakfast and lovely, helpful host.Great accommodation

Comfortable room, great location over looks the water. Heritage building with old-world charm. Amass with over a thousand cameras and other memorabilia. Well worth the look, the host Sarin is very friendly and accommodating.
