Description
Hamelin Station Stay is the first stop and the last when visiting Shark Bay. Only an hour away, it is an ideal spot to do a day trip to Denham and the Monkey Mia dolphins. Hamelin Station was established at the beginning of the last century and is very much a working sheep and goat property. You will be able to walk around the lake where animals, birds and stock abound. Sunsets are spectacular and the night skies and stars will leave you spellbound. In season, the wild flowers are a carpet of colour.

Beautiful station stay with great campsite bays and excellent ablutions. Perfect for a stopover or a longer stay.Lovely Rooms!
Impressive station stay, very clean, great location, eco-friendly. Close to stromatolites and shell quarry. Lovely lake nearby. My daughter loved exploring the area, as did we. Will be returning in the future.Great place to stay
We stayed three nights in our Caravan. No power but we are self-sufficient. The Amenities are excellent possibly the best we have encountered in our five months of travel. The reception lady was very friendly and efficient. The sites are spacious and the property is well maintained with nice gardens and old equipment as an interest. The Lake has Pelicans and ducks and there is a bird hide. The property is close to the Hamelin Pool Stromatolites and 100 km from Denham.
