Our luxury vessel is purposely built for navigating the water passages in the Kimberley. Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
CANCELLATIONS
Where the cruise is cancelled by the passenger, the following provisions apply:
-Where the cancellation is more than sixty (60) days prior to the date of departure of the cruise and is due to any reasonably unforeseen circumstance, at Ocean Dreams absolute discretion, Ocean Dream Charters will:
(a)offer a transfer to another cruise date to the same or lesser value of the original cruise. A new cruise date must be confirmed within seven (7) days of cancellation. Upon request, final balance payment will be returned to the passenger within a reasonable time frame, with repayment of final balance due to Ocean Dream Charters no later than sixty (60) days prior to the new cruise departure date.
(b)where a transfer is refused, the full amount of deposit is forfeited. Refund of final payment less deposit will occur within seven (7) days of receiving a deposit on a replacement booking or within a reasonable time, no later than the cruise departure date.
-Where the cancellation is within sixty (60) days of the date of departure of the cruise, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
-Subject to availability, and at the absolute discretion of the operator:
(a)some or all monies forfeited may be used as payment for a future booking with Ocean Dream Charters, where Ocean Dream Charters reserves the right to hold payment in full toward the new booking.
(b)some or all monies forfeited may be refunded if the resultant vacancy can be filled at full price of the cruise, less any incentives required to sell the cruise, subject to the replacement passenger being acceptable to Ocean Dream Charters, agreeing to these terms and conditions and having fully paid their booking. Ocean Dream Charters does not accept any liability and or responsibility for the actions of any carrier and or travel agent that might result in the passenger failing to observe a booking condition.

Crew was totally amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Always a hand on offer if needed. Fishing was so much fun and very productive. Tom the chef was perfection, soooo much wonderful food with attention to detail and accommodated all tastes.

We had such a fantastic experience on board Ocean Dream's Kimberley cruise, we highly recommend to anyone, it was such a wonderful trip! The boat was amazing and very well equipped making an extremely comfortable and safe home away from home. Great balance between daily activities and excursions, and plenty of time for relaxing on board. Highlights for us were the breathtaking scenery, waterfalls, hiking to waterholes for a dip, crabbing, the evening briefing by Jeremy (skipper) and drinks in the spa with new friends.We thoroughly enjoyed ever minute, thanks again to the crew and staff!
