Grape Escape prides itself on offering excellent customer service and fully customised food and wine tours around the Margaret River region, we don’t have a set route that we take everyday as we want to make sure that we take you places that align with your personal tastes & preferences. We like to give you a mix of small boutique and larger venues & hope to be able to take you to some of the hidden gems.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
For group tours:
•Cancellations inside 14 days incur a 50% cancellation fee.
•Cancellations inside 72 hours incur full charge as cancellation fee.
All private charters cancelled are subject to a fee of $250 - $450 depending on the vehicle. If cancelled within 7 days no refund will be provided.
Any refunds are subject to a service fee of $20 per person (group tours) & do not include merchant fees.
Grape Escape South West Tours reserve the right to cancel the tour at our discretion due to factors beyond our control. In this event guests will be offered an alternative tour tour date or full refund.
Every effort is made to provide the best touring experience but no liability is accepted for any illness injury delay inconvenience loss or damage whilst on tour.
Grape Escape South West Tours takes no responsibility for any costs incurred or action taken. We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property.
Grape Escape South West Tours support the responsible service of alcohol. Guests who endanger or disrupt the safety or wellbeing of others will be warned and if necessary immediately removed from the tour. No reimbursement will be provided in this occurrence.
Food & alcohol may not be consumed on our vehicles.

Wow! What a great day in Margaret River!
We had an absolutely magical day with Paul and Gizmo on a Grape Escape private wine tour. Paul and Geri were so flexible in making sure we got to see what we wanted and also threw in some wonderful boutique wineries as well. Paul is so knowledgeable about the wine, the wineries and the history of Margaret River and he was happy to share it all with us. The private tasting Paul organised at Vasse Felix and the lunch and tasting at Xanadu were the two of the highlights of the tour. Paul even managed to get us behind the scenes at Xanadu. And to top it off Gizmo must be the cutest dog in Margaret River! If you want the best wine tour in Margaret River you have to go with Grape Escape.Perfect Private Wine Tour
Taking a private wine tour with Grape Escape is an absolute must when visiting the Margaret River region. Our guide Paul was brilliant with fantastic knowledge and experience of the region. Setting up the tour was easy with their excellent communication and quick responses to all our questions and queries. On the day Paul’s flexibility in going with our taste was going the extra step. First time in Margaret River with zero local knowledge and scant experience of the local wines outside of the largest wineries. We were looking for an overview of the unique character of the area and some guidance as to the best boutique wineries. We could not recommend Grape Escape highly enough. Communication was prompt and efficient, pick-up was right on time. Paul is knowledgable and affable and seemed to judge his clientele and guide us accordingly - a true skill. We were made to feel comfortable immediately and we were treated to some exceptional wine to taste. We both came away with an understanding of the region and a desire to go back for more. Lunch was absolutely delicious and we lucked into spending our day with a friendly couple from overseas. Paul efficiently took care of our purchases and organised shipping. A very memorable day!
