The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed and en-suite bathroom, while each of the remaining three bedrooms offers comfortable queen beds, ensuring everyone enjoys a restful stay.
KITCHEN
For those who love to cook, the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delicious family feast. Complete with modern appliances, including a state-of-the-art smart fridge that can inspire your next meal, cooking will be a delight. Gather around the dining table to share meals and stories from the day, creating lasting memories with family and friends.
OUTDOORS
Step out onto the spacious deck, relax with a glass of local wine, and take in the picturesque vineyard views. The outdoor space is perfect for unwinding with loved ones, and in the cooler months, you can drop the electric blinds to keep the chill out while still enjoying the outdoor ambience. Whether it's a sunset dinner or a morning coffee, the deck is the ideal spot to soak up the beauty of your surroundings.
LOCATION
Just a short five-minute stroll through the vineyard, the Arimia Restaurant offers a superb dining experience. Open from Thursday to Sunday, 10 am to 5 pm (with a summer closure from February 1st to March 4th), the restaurant is renowned for its locally sourced, seasonal dishes. Be sure to make a reservation to enjoy this incredible culinary destination.
For nature lovers, the famous Cape to Cape Walking Track is just a short walk down the hill from the property. Wander through the vineyards and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the region as you embark on this iconic coastal adventure. Whether it's a leisurely walk or a challenging hike, this trail is a must for any visitor.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
