For the cooler months, feel free to drop the electric blinds so you still have the outdoor ambience with less chill. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cooking implements and utensils that you need for creating a family feast, to share around the dining table and discuss the days events. The kitchen includes a state of the art smart fridge which will even give you inspiration of what to cook!
If cooking is not your thing then make a booking at the Arimia restaurant open Thursday to Sunday 10am - 5pm. (the annual Summer closure is from February 1st and reopening March 4th) Please contact them directly for reservations Book here The restaurant is around a 5 minute walk from the house.
The Cape to Cape walking track is a straight shot down the hill from this home. Wander down through the beautiful vineyard towards the coast and meet the iconic track to begin your adventure.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Have just had a great family long weekend at Dusty Vines. Perfect for our family of 6 adults and two children. The house is nice and clean; in a very peaceful location. We will be back!Ideal
Great spot equidistant between Duns and MG. House internals in good condition. Perfect for those that want access to the whole region (car mandatory) but like to retreat to a quiet enclave end of day.Stunning place
We had amazing time. The house was beautiful with stunning views or the vineyard and sun sets every night. I loved that each side of the house has two bedrooms and two family’s can go together and feel separate when sleeping. Beds were very comfy and the house was very cozy
