Owned by a local Western Australian family, these cottages have been renovated to provide all the comforts of a home away from home. Each of the three houses is located near major tourist attractions, such as walking and riding trails, allowing you to fully enjoy the great outdoors.

**$245 per night + once off $90 cleaning fee** Address: 1 Spencer St, Balingup WA 6253 Min of two nights stay and no pets. 4 bedroom house, sleeps max 8 adults. Balingup Retreat is self contained accommodation, located in the centre of town and has just been renovated. It has a large veranda that wraps around the house which is ideal to watch the sunset. It has a dishwasher, oven and coffee maker. It is only 50 metres from a small supermarket, two local cafes and only 5 kms from Golden Valley Tree Park and it has incredible walks surrounding the house. It is the ideal getaway from the city. It is only 50 minute drive to Busselton.

Boddington Retreat

**$210 per night + one off $90 cleaning fee** Address: 33 Johnstone St, Boddington WA The house has two bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. Min of two nights and no pets. There is a queen bed in one bedroom and a queen bed and two bunk beds in the second room. It is self-contained and is centrally located in the middle of Boddington. The house is one of the original cottages that were built when Boddington was established in 1912, and it has a rose garden at the front of the house. It has been fully renovated in the last ten years to keep you comfortable. It has two reverse cycle air conditioners. There is a large new playground only 800 meters up the road, which will keep children entertained for hours. It has a large backyard that is ideal for children, and it is fully enclosed. The house is located 800 meters from the Hotham River and new playground.

Dwellingup Retreat

**$245 per night + once off $90 cleaning fee** Address: 9 Marginata Cres, Dwellingup WA 6213 Sleeps a maximum of 8 adults. Min of two nights stay and no pets. The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Closed off backyard perfect for kids, washing machine and unlimited WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double stove, coffee machine, juicer, microwave, blender and toaster, tea, coffee, and basic pantry items. Within a few minutes drive or walk are a great bike and walking trails such as the Bibbulmun track. Five-minute drive to Dwellingup Tree Adventure’s where you can use zip lines to fly through the trees or you can visit Lane Poole Reserve and watch the waterfall or go for a swim at the river. There is also an old steam train, that takes tours during the day and offers a three-course meal at night. Dwellingup Retreat is within easy walking distance to the local tavern, IGA, restaurants, Wine Tree Cidery, Hotham Valley Railway, sports oval, basketball court, and a little skate park.
