INDOORS
This spacious holiday home is fitted with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, a TV with streaming services, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with sea views.
OUTDOORS
Return to the house after the days activity’s and either take in the sunset over the stunning ocean views on the deck, cook a bbq on the outdoor kitchen, or curl up in front of the fireplace with a glass of red. The deck has a state of the art retractable canopy and cafe blinds, so you can maximise your alfresco comfort, protected from both the sun and wind in summer and rain in winter. There is also a fire pit for cosy evenings in winter.
LOCATION
Only minutes from award winning cellar doors and restaurants, and a five minute drive to both Smiths Beach and iconic Yallingup Beach, the location is unbeatable. The beach town of Dunsborough is approximately 10 minutes drive away with shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and the historic Caves House Hotel is less than 5 minutes away.
PETS
There is a strict 1 pet limit. Pets are permitted by approval only, there is a fee of $35 per night charged separately. No pets on any furniture or inside bedrooms. No pets to be left unattended, this means pets must travel with you throughout your entire stay, our Noise Restrictions apply if pets are found unattended. No using bowls from the kitchen for your pet. Clean up after your pet, any waste or animal hair left will incur a $200 cleaning fee.
There is a $450 cleaning fee.
There is a $800 refundable bond.

To secure the property, a deposit of 50% is due on booking, the balance is due 60 days before your arrival. If your arrival date is within 60 days of the current date, then payment is due in full. All transactions are in Australian dollars. You may cancel 48hrs after booking if the reservation is outside 21 days from check-in and will give a full refund less any credit card charges.
