This 2-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house boasts spectacular bush and valley views, and is hidden amongst the trees, providing a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. The master bedroom features a luxurious ensuite, and each bedroom is elegantly furnished for a comfortable stay.
Relax in the spacious living area and enjoy modern amenities such as reverse cycle air conditioning, a fully-equipped kitchen, and an outdoor barbecue area. Gather around the firepit with family and friends, or take a refreshing outdoor shower after a day exploring the surrounding area’s natural beauty.

Rosella offers a central location for exploring the best of the Margaret River region.
If you’re a nature lover, you’ll be spoilt for choice with the range of activities available in the surrounding area. Take a hike in the nearby Meelup Regional Park, or explore the rugged coastline at Cape Naturaliste. Head to the Ngilgi Cave for an underground adventure, or visit the iconic Busselton Jetty, one of the longest timber jetties in the Southern Hemisphere.
For those who love food and wine, the Margaret River region is renowned for its world-class wineries and gourmet produce. Take a tour of the local wineries and indulge in some wine tasting, or sample some of the delicious local cuisine at one of the many restaurants and cafes in the area.

PETS
There is a strict two pet limit. Pets are permitted by approval only, there is a fee of $35 per night charged separately. No pets on any furniture or inside bedrooms. No pets to be left unattended, this means pets must travel with you throughout your entire stay, our Noise Restrictions apply if pets are found unattended. No using bowls from the kitchen for your pet. Clean up after your pet, any waste or animal hair left will incur a $200 cleaning fee.
There is a $330 cleaning fee.
There is a $400 refundable bond.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
To secure the property, a deposit of 50% is due on booking, the balance is due 60 days before your arrival. If your arrival date is within 60 days of the current date, then payment is due in full. All transactions are in Australian dollars. You may cancel 48hrs after booking if the reservation is outside 21 days from check-in and will give a full refund less any credit card charges.
