Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

100% payment of accommodation is required unless otherwise specified in the reservation stage. This then becomes non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

Full payment for accommodation is required during the peak Christmas and New Year and High Demand periods. The full payment then becomes non-refundable in the event of cancellation or early departures.

Guests arriving after 1pm will be provided with a code to access room keys from a safe via phone or email. Please note in this instance the $100 credit card preauthorisation will be taken on the morning of your arrival. Please ensure that a valid credit card is provided in your name for this purpose. If the preauthorisation is declined access to the room will not be given and payment for the room will not be refunded.
