Located within Broadwater Resort, you have leisure opportunities for every weather condition. Whether you prefer sunbathing on the beach or using our extensive recreational facilities, we’ve got you covered. If you’re a boat enthusiast, we have boat moorings available for your convenience.
Other services include: cycling, billiards/snooker, fishing, nature trails, indoor pool, outdoor pool, sailing/boating, swimming, and tennis.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
To secure the property, a deposit of 50% is due on booking, the balance is due 60 days before your arrival. If your arrival date is within 60 days of the current date, then payment is due in full. All transactions are in Australian dollars. You may cancel 48hrs after booking if the reservation is outside 21 days from check-in and will give a full refund less any credit card charges. The accomodation is ideally situated but is starting to look old & in need of updating.
Wifi & phone coverage was poor in the Villa but perfect outside.
