Situated on the 9th hole of Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club stands proudly, 'Hamptons By The Green'. Entering through the front door you are greeted by a large spiral staircase and impressive light fitting that leads upstairs to the mezzanine level with a relaxing seating area, minor bedrooms family bathroom, and an outdoor balcony area with seating and a TV.

The huge master bedroom is located downstairs with en-suite and French doors leading to a private courtyard. There is also an additional bedroom on this ground floor entry level. The beautifully designed and furnished lounge, dining and kitchen space is perfect to discuss the days events and where the adventure will take you in the South West tomorrow. We wont blame you if you want to stay at home though! The outdoor kitchen is designed to work well all year-round with a covered dining area, enclosed grass area and outdoor fire pit you are welcome to use in the Winter months (please take note of the fire restriction months)

The house is directly opposite the Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club Tavern, a short bike ride to the skate park, Dunsborough town centre and the beach. Perfect location for anyone visiting our beautiful region.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.

In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.

Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.



Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.

Excellent Holiday Home!
Property was exactly as it looks on the website and has everything we needed. Customer service was also amazing. We didn't have hot water on the day of arrival but that got resolved instantly with just one phone call and clear instructions. Very impressed. Definitely a place we'd recommend for large families and we're sure to come back again!

Beautiful property in Dunsborough
My family recently spent 4 nights at this beautiful property in Dunsborough. The photos of “Hamptons on the Green” assured us we were in for a treat; however, our expectations were far exceeded.
This “home-away-from home” is spacious and beautifully appointed with no expenses spared offering comfort, luxury, and privacy even to our larger group.
The private gardens and outdoor entertainment areas offer amazing views over the golf course, and golf clubs provided in the house was a great touch.
We celebrated a special family birthday during our stay and were delighted with the well-equipped kitchen and cooking facilities – both inside and outdoors, including an enjoyable night together around the firepit.
We enjoyed multiple walks to the nearby beaches, across the golf course, and to local shops and cafes. The walking proximity to Dunsborough town and nearby wineries, breweries and local craft centres makes this an ideal base to explore Dunsborough and surrounding areas.

Simply Amazing. One of the best homes we have ever stayed in.
I went down with two young families to this beautiful home, when booking we expected the place to be of a very high standard but when we arrived and viewed the home it exceeded our expectations, it's simply amazing. Plenty of rooms for everyone, and the quality of everything in the house is exceptional, from the mattresses on the beds to the furniture in the house, it's just fantastic. Separate TV area and large garden ideal for peace and quiet from the kids. Super location so close to activities for everyone including stake park and oval for the kids and bar for adults to unwind which is literally a stone's throw from the house! House supplied with all requirements for cooking epic brekkies with coffees from the café across the road. This home is one of the
