Bedroom 5 includes a trundle bed with linen ready for use in the wardrobe.

INTERIOR
The grand spiral staircase greets you at the entrance, leading up to the mezzanine level with a cozy seating area, offering a perfect place to unwind.
The living and dining area is beautifully furnished and opens into a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for gathering with loved ones to enjoy meals or discuss the day's adventures.
A gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance to the lounge area.
Enjoy the comfort of ducted air conditioning throughout the home, ensuring a perfect climate year-round.

EXTERIOR
The outdoor kitchen is ideal for year-round entertaining, with a covered dining area, making it perfect for BBQs and family meals.
The enclosed grassy area offers a safe and relaxing space for children to play.
For the cooler months, gather around the outdoor fire pit to enjoy cozy evenings under the stars (please observe fire restriction months).
2 adult kayaks, 1 kids’ kayak, 2 adult stand-up paddle boards, and a beach trolley are available for your use.

LOCATION
The house is directly across from the Dunsborough Lakes Golf Club Tavern, making it easy to enjoy a meal or a drink after a day on the golf course.
A short bike ride will take you to the skate park, Dunsborough town center, and the beach, offering endless opportunities for outdoor fun and exploration.
With easy access to local attractions, this is the perfect location for anyone visiting the beautiful South West region.

Cancellation Policy

Terms & conditions if your plans change

Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.

In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.

Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
