An 11 room boutique motel conveniently located in the heart of town. Short stroll and you are amongst the shops, cafes, restaurants, galleries and the many gift shops of Margaret River. A short drive will have you entering the South Wests world famous wineries, beaches and spectacular caves.

Great Accommodation
Arriving here was a lovely surprise. Our room was spacious, comfortable with sitting out areas at both the front and back. The small kitchen area has a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster as well as cutlery, crockery, etc. Location was very central and only a short walk away from a supermarket, cafes and pubs. Prideau is certainly top of the list of accommodation that we will be recommending to friends who are hoping to do the trip we have just done. It was real find!!!Very impressed, We will stay again.
We had aground floor apartment, king bed and a fold up bed. surprisingly we had plenty of room.The place was very clean and tidy, staff and owners were very friendly. The location was great for us we were close to the main street so walking was no problem and we could not hear the traffic from inside the room.
Plenty of pamphlets were given so we could choose our tours and know what were some good attractions.
Excellent Stay
First time stay here and we loved it, the location is central to everything, just off the main road - there is no road noise, David was extremely helpful recommended a local family run Italian restaurant for dinner which was awesome.The room was spacious and the spa bath was amazing - perfect to soak in after a day of exploring, room even had a docking station so we could listen to music while enjoying a glass of wine
