Overview
Our tasting room is located in Margaret River where you can sample both nougat and wines and view the nougat production process through our nougat viewing window.
We have 32 nougat flavour combinations as well as our famous Nougaretto Liqueur. Our Nougaretto is a nougat liqueur and comes in two flavours, Honey & Almond Nougat Liqueur and Coffee & Almond Nougat Liqueur. Tastings available at the counter.
We also have a selection of fine wines to taste which are sourced from our very own vineyard and made onsite. We also have a dessert wine under our Lost the Plot label known as Fortified Chilli Rose. This chilli infused fortified is unique to us and should not be missed.
WEDDINGS
Our venue is now open for weddings.
Packages include: Reception and/or ceremony l Beverages l Accommodation l optional wedding favours.
Capture the essence of Margaret River, with photo's by the lake and in the vineyard. Guests can make use of the 2 chalets and the bride and groom can spend their first night as husband and wife in our luxury spa apartment. Design your wedding day how you want and we will provide the space and help to make your dreams come true.
