Please refer to our website for the full Terms and Conditions. These booking Terms and Conditions contain important information. It is essential that you carefully read and understand them. By booking with us and paying for your tour you acknowledge that you have read and understood and that you agree to be bound by these booking Terms and Conditions.

Assumption of Risk

By booking a tour on this website you acknowledge that participation in all tours and activities involves inherent risks that may not be present in the case of conventional or less demanding holidays and that you accept these risks. These risks may include without limitation the possibility of injury or death loss or damage to property inconvenience and discomfort remoteness from normal medical services and from communications and evacuation difficulties in the event of illness or injury.

Deposit

To secure your reservation we require full-payment at the time of booking. If your booking cannot be confirmed at the time of booking you will be advised and no payment will be taken. Payment will be transacted when the booking is confirmed.

Payment and Cancellation Charges

Cancellations more than 24 hours before departure attract a cancellation charge of 10% of the total tour price. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure will result in all monies being forfeited. No refund can be given in the event of non-arrival or your own changes in plans or change of mind. If a tour is cancelled or re-scheduled due to weather conditions you will be advised by the tour operator. We recommend that you protect yourself with travel insurance.
