We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
Cancellation Policy: We understand that in this uncertain time your arrangements may need to change so cancellation penalties are waived until 7 days prior to planned arrival. Should you need to cancel or change your booking within 7 days of your expected arrival we will be pleased to be as flexible as possible to alter your booking to alternative available dates. We just ask that you please let us know of any changes as soon as possible as we have such limited inventory.
Should your travel not be possible due to unexpected changes in government policy etc around Covid-19 any commitments will of course be waived.

Directions
At large round-about take NORTH ROAD EXIT following signs to Emu Point. In approx 1.5km, turn left at the roundabout, Ulster Rd. Travel for approx 3km, turn right at Lower King Road towards Troode St. Travel to T junction at Golf Links Rd. Turn left, travel approx 100 mtrs and you will see right turn into Barry Court. 250 mtrs to The Beach House at Bayside on left-hand side. Look for the big blue roof!

Best boutique hotel on this coast, beautifully clean, well-appointed rooms ... some with private balconies and view of the ocean.Immaculately clean, comfortable and easy.
Hosts Sally and Craig are so easy going and full of local knowledge, they can tell you where to find the best everything from fish and chips to fine dining. Complimentary breakfast is superb, a buffet of cereals and fruits followed by a hot meal with freshly squeezed juice and excellent coffee.
It doesn't get better than this!

Craig & Sally have got this right our welcome was like greeting long lost friends.Our suite was excellent and the breakfast was to die for. Nothing was too much trouble, Craig even took us to our restaurant for dinner each evening, What service.
