Grasstree Cottage is one of the charming accommodations at Woodstone and is ideal for a family of four who love exploring the great outdoors. After a day of adventures in the magnificent Margaret River region, retreat to the comfort of this cosy cottage. With sleeping arrangements for up to four guests, everyone can relax and unwind in a serene setting.
INTERIOR
You’ll love the open plan kitchen/living/dining area that overlooks the dam and native bushland. In winter relax in front of the fireplace with one of our regions stunning wines and kick back and relax and take in the views! After a day out exploring, enjoy a BBQ surround by nature in one of the 2 BBQ areas available for guests.
Both bedrooms are spacious with views out to the bushland. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom consists of two single beds. A full-sized bathroom services both bedrooms. All linen except cot linen & beach towels is provided.

PETS
There is a strict two pet limit. Pets are permitted by approval only, there is a fee of $35 per night charged separately. No pets on any furniture or inside bedrooms. No pets to be left unattended, this means pets must travel with you throughout your entire stay, our Noise Restrictions apply if pets are found unattended. No using bowls from the kitchen for your pet. Clean up after your pet, any waste or animal hair left will incur a $200 cleaning fee.
FIREWOOD
Firewood is available upon request before arrival. Please inform us 3 days before arrival if you would like to order. Firewood is available for $35 per bag, and Kindling is $35. If you order a set, it's only $65 for a bag of firewood and kindling.
The cleaning fee for this property is $225.
The refundable bond for this property is $500.

To secure the property, a deposit of 50% is due on booking, the balance is due 60 days before your arrival. If your arrival date is within 60 days of the current date, then payment is due in full. All transactions are in Australian dollars. You may cancel 48hrs after booking if the reservation is outside 21 days from check-in and will give a full refund less any credit card charges. Peaceful and quiet
Beautiful and quiet location with lots of wildlife around. We arrived earlier than normal check-in and they accommodated us with early check-in for this.Perfect stay for family, couples or groups.
Beautiful property secluded and peaceful, yet so close to Dunsborough town. Loved everything about it. Location, cleanliness, comfort and kangaroos everywhere.
