This is a stress-free home that's just perfect for summer and winter getaways. Located near the end of a quiet and leafy cul de sac, the beach is just 140 metres away! A fantastic holiday house if you can see yourself walking out the door with your favourite people, a beach towel draped over your shoulder and a big smile on your face.
KITCHEN
Nespresso pod coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, wok, full range of crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware. A starter supply of dishwashing and cleaning items.
LIVING ROOM
Wood fire, TV in each living room, 2 dining tables, reverse cycle air-conditioning in main open plan lounge/dining area.

OUTDOORS
A handy outdoor shower is great for after the beach!
There is plenty of room to park your boat, jet skis and store your beach toys and bikes (off-street parking and easy access through to the secure backyard).
Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning fee of $196 and linen pack of $138 applies to each booking. There is also a $700 refundable bond and a $76 booking fee. Credit card payments attract a 1.75% fee (Visa and Mastercard).

A refundable security bond will apply to each booking (varies from $200
to $1,000), and is payable with the final payment prior to your stay.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any property or on verandahs
or decks
Parties, weddings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at
Down South Holidays properties. We also do not allow Leavers and
associated bookings.
Check-in time is 3pm or later on the arrival date specified in the Check-
In Letter and check out time is no later than 10am on the departure date
specified in the Check-In Letter. These times must be strictly adhered to.
