Goanna Cottage offers accommodation for up to 8 guests. Indulge in the comfort of this beautifully appointed retreat, featuring a cosy fireplace and expansive windows that offer glimpses of kangaroos roaming freely in the surrounding bushland.
INTERIOR
This rural 2 storey retreat is perfect for families or 2 couples. The spacious open plan/kitchen/living dining area features a fireplace and soaring racked ceiling that overlooks the dam on the Estate.
On the ground level you will find the master bedroom with a queen bed, and separate bathroom. Upstairs is a second bedroom with a queen bed and loft room perfect for the kids with queen bed and 2 single beds. Upstairs also has its own bathroom.

PETS
There is a strict two pet limit. Pets are permitted by approval only, there is a fee of $35 per night charged separately. No pets on any furniture or inside bedrooms. No pets to be left unattended, this means pets must travel with you throughout your entire stay, our Noise Restrictions apply if pets are found unattended. No using bowls from the kitchen for your pet. Clean up after your pet, any waste or animal hair left will incur a $200 cleaning fee.
FIREWOOD
Firewood is available upon request before arrival. Please inform us 3 days before arrival if you would like to order. Firewood is available for $35 per bag, and Kindling is $35. If you order a set, it's only $65 for a bag of firewood and kindling.
The cleaning fee for this property is $300.
The refundable bond for this property is $450.

Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
To secure the property, a deposit of 50% is due on booking, the balance is due 60 days before your arrival. If your arrival date is within 60 days of the current date, then payment is due in full. All transactions are in Australian dollars. You may cancel 48hrs after booking if the reservation is outside 21 days from check-in and will give a full refund less any credit card charges.
