This passive solar designed, low carbon footprint, high energy rated 3 bed 2 bath holiday home located in between the infamous Simmos Ice Creamery and Happs Winery, you will be in the perfect location to visit all the nearby tourist attractions. Sit round the fire in the cooler months with a board game or lounge in the shaded alfresco area with a book and listen to the sounds of the local birds.

The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, plenty of utensils, crockery, cookware, glasses, pots & pans and serving dishes. There’s also plenty of shelving to store your own ingredients and supplies.

Bedroom 1

King Bed, ceiling fan, storage in walk-in robe with plenty of shelving and hanging space and bedside tables. This bedroom also has a convenient en-suite

Bedroom 3

Two single beds perfect for the kids of the family. Again, this room has ceiling fans and wardrobe space



Bathroom

The main bathroom is shared between bedrooms 2 and 3 and features a shower, bath and vanity. A hairdryer is also provided.



Laundry

The laundry includes a washing machine and cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaner and mop etc if required. There is an outdoor clothesline at the side of the house however, please note that there is no dryer at this property.



Please note: This property includes all linen and towels. This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.

In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.

Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
