For those seeking a more rugged adventure, our campground, nestled 1500 meters from the beach, provides spacious unpowered sites complete with fire pits and convenient facilities for pets. While accessible by 2WD, the pristine beachfront awaits the intrepid traveller with a 4WD vehicle, serving as the gateway to the renowned NINGALOO MARINE PARK. Here, explore 50 kilometres of untouched coastline, indulging in recreational fishing, snorkelling, surfing, whale watching, nd invigorating self-guided walks.

Nestled on picturesque Dudley Hill, the Ocean View Villa offers a breathtaking panorama of the pristine Ningaloo Reef and is ideally situated just a short 500 meters from the beach. Our pricing covers a party of up to 6 guests, but this hidden gem is a peaceful 3-bedroom villa, extending its welcoming embrace to accommodate up to 8 guests. Inside, you'll discover three snug bedrooms and two well-appointed bathrooms, complete with two queen beds and four single beds. The open-plan living space seamlessly melds with a fully equipped kitchen, ensuring every creature's comfort of home is at your fingertips. Step outdoors onto a cozy veranda, where the mesmerizing view unfolds before your eyes, and where a BBQ and fire pit beckon for memorable outdoor gatherings. Your stay is made effortless with the provided linens. Families with children aged 2 to 15 are warmly welcomed, and infants under 2 can be accommodated Free of Charge. It's worth noting that the villa is intentionally devoid of air conditioning, as it operates on eco-friendly, alternative energy sources. While The Homestead complex is conveniently accessible by a 2WD vehicle, please remember that roughly 99% of the coastal areas demand a 4WD vehicle for access and exploration.

The Cottage

The Cottage, located just 1.5km from the beach, offers fully self-contained accommodations with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. This charming retreat features two separate bedrooms with two double and three single beds, a well-equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge/freezer, gas stove and oven, microwave, and a cozy lounge area with a TV. An additional child is welcome for an extra fee of $25.00 per night. It is an ideal home base for families exploring the breathtaking Ningaloo Coast. Additionally, you'll find outdoor amenities such as a BBQ and an outdoor fire pit. Linens are provided, making your stay hassle-free. Children aged between 2 and 15. Please note that no air conditioning exists, as Warroora utilises alternative energy sources. While The Homestead complex is accessible by 2WD vehicles, it's worth noting that approximately 99% of the coast requires a 4WD vehicle for exploration.

Shearers Quarters - Triple Room

The Shearer's Quarters offer a cozy haven, complete with a full kitchen and shared bathrooms , ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests. Each room is furnished with both a double and a single bed, providing a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration. Moreover, guests are invited to socialise and connect in the spacious shared kitchen, boasting a charming decking veranda ideal for gathering around the campfire. For added convenience, the ablution block is just a short stroll away, ensuring ease of access for all. Situated a mere 1500 meters from the nearest beach, guests have access to a multitude of pristine coastal gems and a plethora of activities such as swimming, fishing, and leisurely walks along the Ningaloo Marine Park. While accessible, we highly recommend a 4WD to fully experience and enjoy our extensive 50km coastline.

Stockman's Rooms - Twins

Introducing the Stockman's Rooms: a cozy lodging comprising 7 comfortable rooms with queen or single beds. Each room comes with essentials like linens, bedside tables, and seating. The rooms connect to a stylish new kitchen and veranda overlooking the Homestead complex, creating a pleasant dining spot. You'll also find a shared dining area and a self-contained kitchen equipped with everything you need, including a gas cooktop, fridges, freezer, barbecue, and a peaceful fire pit, setting the scene for ultimate relaxation. The basic bathrooms (3 toilets and showers) are conveniently located at the back of the complex and include laundry facilities. Perfectly situated just 1km from Ningaloo Reef, the Stockman's Rooms offer private beach access (requires 4WD). It's an ideal retreat for friends and families to unwind and reconnect with nature. Charlies is self-contained accommodation with a kitchen, small living room and 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). The fully equipped kitchen. This is a basic accommodation but ideal for people who don't want to camp but still want to enjoy what Warroora station has to offer. • Sleep up to 4 people • Fully equipped kitchen, fridge & freezer, all utensils, crockery and cutlery • Shared ablution blocks only few metres away • Linen supplied • Small veranda **no air conditioning as Warroora use’s alternate energy Chalies is situation 1.5km from the beach. Warroora is a cattle station situated in the outback with the Ningaloo Reef and its pristine beaches as its western boundary. A small shop at the homestead complex stocks firewood, bait, ice-creams, ice and soft drinks Please bring your own food, water, alcohol, fuel etc. The homestead complex is accessible from the southern entrance, which is located just north of the Lyndon crossing rest area, approx. 30 km from the Exmouth- Coral Bay turnoff. Warroora is only 23 km from the bitumen on a well-maintained gravel road. The homestead complex is accessible with 2WD, but 99% of the coast requires a 4WD.

Homestead SITE Unpowered Standard

Warroora is a cattle station located 1 HOUR SOUTH OF CORAL BAY, 23 km from the highway, with a unique campground ideally placed to explore the magnificent Ningaloo reef. The Homestead is accessible with 2WD, but 4WD VEHICLE IS REQUIRED TO ACCESS THE BEACH. The nature-based campground located 1500 m from the beach has large UNPOWERED sites. There are a basic camp kitchen and shower & toilet facilities. Please note that there is NO power at the homestead campground. We are pet friendly; pets must be well-behaved, kept on a leash. • CHECK-IN from 11am to 5pm. • Children between 2 and 15 years old •Infant under two years old are FREE OF CHARGE •Please bring DRINKING WATER - NON-POTABLE bore water is available at the Homestead (for cooking or domestic use only). •Wood can be purchased from our office (please do not collect on Warroora) if you intend on having a campfire. Please CHECK FIRE CONDITIONS before lighting a fire. •The use of generators is allowed between 8 am to 8 pm. •Don’t litter. Please use rubbish bins provided around the campground. •NO motorbikes and quad bikes are allowed on the property

The Homestead

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Terms and Conditions - Accommodation Agreement:

A. CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT

• Standard check-in is 2 pm for accommodation and campsites bookings and standard checkout is 10 am.

• Warroora Stations OFFICE HOURS ARE FROM 8 am TO 5 pm, LATEST CHECK-IN is 5:00 pm.

B. TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made through Warroora Station. Placing a booking with us constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and with regulations.

2. You agree to ensure that all occupants treat the Property and all fittings with reasonable care, and you agree to pay for any damage caused by misuse, neglect or abuse during your occupancy.

3. Guests are to stay within the maximum number booked. If guests breach the maximum number of guests allowed at the property, they will be directed to leave the property, and they will be no refund for any unused portion of the booking.

4. All chalets and rooms are strictly NO SMOKING. Cleaning fees may apply if you are found to have smoked inside your accommodation.

STANDARD MODIFICATION & CANCELLATION FEE

1. Cancellation of your booking 21 days or more before your arrival will incur a NON-REFUNDABLE 20% CANCELLATION FEE. If you choose to rebook for a date in the future, the Booking Deposit fee will be waived.

2. Cancellation of your booking less than 21 days before your arrival date will forfeit 50% of your payment.

3. No-shows and cancellations made 7 days before check-in will be subject to a 100 per cent cancellation fee.

4. No refund - we are not held responsible for external environmental conditions outside our control, such as bad weather such as wind, rain, road closure, cyclone, etc.

5. Cancellation outside the control of the guest will be considered by Warroora on a case-by-case basis, considering potential loss to the owner. Guests are strongly advised to take out comp

Directions

Warroora is halfway between Carnarvon (190km) and Exmouth (190km)
Just south of Coral Bay (60km), and is only 23km from the bitumen highway.

Travellers from the north take the Warroora Northern access 15 km south of the Coral Bay turnoff. If you're coming from Carnarvon, turn left at the Lyndon Crossing Rest Area and it's only 23 kms to the Homestead complex. Warroora has two airstrips, one to service the Royal Flying Doctor Service, 8kms from the Homestead (cross strip) and the other at the Homestead. Each strip is 1,000m and marked with windsocks.
