IMPORTANT: Bookings are normally accepted for stays Saturday to Saturday with Tenants vacating at 9am. The cost is $3500 per week.
It is a very spacious and welcoming home with plenty of room to enjoy your own space. There is an ocean view from every window facing west. The House has been completely renovated and is modern with a touch of luxury.
It is equipped to sleep a maximum of 10 people.
The house which has recently been renovated and with an additional room and sun room. The deck now leads straight to the sand dune and to the bay. It has 5 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a BBQ on the deck overlooking the bay.
The Main bedroom has a very comfortable new King size bed, bedroom 2 has a new queen bed, bedroom 3 also has a queen bed, bedroom 4 has 2 single beds and bedroom 5 has 3 King singles.
All rooms and living areas have fans for your added comfort. Downstairs can be rented at the same time if you require additional space . this space is a large completely self contained 2 bedroom unit. Please inquire about renting this at the same time as your booking.
Other than linen, towels and consumables everything is supplied. Linen and towels can be hired.
The house has Air-conditioning which is available for hire during the months of November until the end of April School Holidays.
