Description

As you enter the serenity that is Vaila you will be struck with the marri floors which are feature throughout the entire home giving it a warm and cozy feel.

The well equipped kitchen is appointed with gas cooktop and electric oven, has a distinct cottage feel and has plenty of space in which to prepare the family meal or that midday snack. When the meal is ready move on through to the dining area to the beautiful 8-seater dining table to enjoy with a glass of your favorite wine, before retiring to one of the two well furnished living areas.

The master bedroom houses a king sized bed and also boasts an ensuite bathroom. The remaining four bedrooms have a queen bed, and double bed, 4 single beds and are all serviced by the family bathroom.

Reverse cycle air-conditioning services the kitchen and living areas.

Set in bushland, the outdoor area is a great place to sit and chill with family, friends (& furry ones) around the eight seater outdoor setting where you may be enjoying the fruits of labor at the gas barbeque. Although this property is pet-friendly, there is no enclosed yard. If you are bringing a pet, please add the pet fee at the time of booking. It is important to note, your pet cannot be left unattended at the property, this is a requirement of the local council.

Vaila is located approximately 5 minutes from Yallingup beaches, and it would take in the region of 15 minutes to drive to the town of Dunsborough.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.

In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.

Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced, will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
