Nestled in a serene bushland setting just under 2km from Injidup Beach, Orchid House offers a perfect escape for families seeking relaxation and natural beauty. This two-storey, dog-friendly property accommodates up to eight guests and two dogs, making it ideal for two families to enjoy a laidback holiday.

Dog owners, please note that the property is unfenced and conditions apply if you are staying with your pet. You must notify us before you book if you plan to bring a pet.
WILDFLOWERS
Orchid House is a wonderful bushland haven for discovering wildflowers in spring and for watching the visiting Baudin cockatoos, parrots and kangaroos that frequent this five-acre property throughout the year. Wildflowers found on this property include rattle orchids, swan river myrtles, kangaroo paws, enamel orchids, blue lady orchids and donkey orchids but you have to time your visit to see them. The best months to view the wildflowers are September and October.
KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, microwave oven, Nespresso pod coffee machine (BYO pods), bread maker, and sandwich maker.
LIVING ROOM
TV and DVD player with DVDs, reverse cycle air-conditioning, wood fire, ceiling fan, books and games.

- Bedroom 1: queen bed (upstairs).
- Bedroom 2: queen bed (downstairs).

Please note that a compulsory additional cleaning fee of $196 and linen pack of $138 applies to each booking. There is also a $800 refundable bond and a $76 booking fee. Credit card payments attract a 1.75% fee (Visa and Mastercard).

Terms & conditions if your plans change
A refundable security bond will apply to each booking (varies from $200
to $1,000), and is payable with the final payment prior to your stay.
Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside any property or on verandahs
or decks
Parties, weddings and functions of any kind are strictly prohibited at
Down South Holidays properties. We also do not allow Leavers and
associated bookings.
Check-in time is 3pm or later on the arrival date specified in the Check-
In Letter and check out time is no later than 10am on the departure date
specified in the Check-In Letter. These times must be strictly adhered to.
