Situated conveniently on Naturaliste Terrace in Dunsborough, a street that runs directly into town, parallel to the beach and a short bike ride away from the local cafes and bars, Stone House is in prime location for the perfect family holiday.

Stone House is a charming 2-storey house that has plenty of character yet with a modern twist. You can expect to feel secluded at this property, surrounded by trees and back from the road, making sure you begin to unwind from the moment you arrive. Stone House is a property suitable for year-round bookings, boasting a cosy log fireplace in the spacious lounge room as well as reverse cycle air-conditioning, with an array of areas inside and out to choose to relax in. Upstairs you will find large bedrooms, with the master having an en-suite and balcony, the queen bedroom also has a small balcony for you to sit on with your morning cuppa and listen to the birds chirping.

The outside area has a cute swing set for the kids to play on and table tennis for those friendly, or not so friendly family competitions! This area is also fully fenced for your children's safety.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.

In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.

Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.

Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
