At Casa Marni, long afternoons by the pool are the perfect way to enjoy the local wine, paired with an authentic Aussie BBQ. As you gaze out over the lush greenery to the turquoise waters of the bay, you'll feel the ultimate sense of peace and relaxation. On cooler days or chilly evenings, snuggle up on the cozy sofa by the log fire and take in the magnificent views from the comfort of the living room.
INTERIOR
The layout of Casa Marni has been designed for comfort and functionality. The master suite, featuring a king bed and a luxurious en-suite, is located at the east end of the house, along with a dedicated kids' retreat and an adult TV lounge. The heart of the home features an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area, with a central log fire that adds warmth and ambiance to your gatherings.
On the west side of the home, you’ll find 3 additional bedrooms: 2 rooms with twin single beds and a queen bedroom with sliding doors that open directly onto the pool area. The queen bedroom also boasts its own ensuite, a unique feature that will be a talking point of your stay.
Firewood is provided for the fireplace during the winter months, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Should you need firewood at other times of the year, it is available for purchase at nearby service stations and hardware stores.
LOCATION
Casa Marni is ideally positioned between Dunsborough and Eagle Bay, with both destinations just a 5-minute drive away. Whether you're looking to explore local eateries or spend a day at the beach, you're perfectly situated to enjoy the best of the region.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Any money paid for accommodation is non-refundable unless Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals are able to re-book the property during the period for which the money was paid. If the re-booking is achieved, the money will be refunded less a $100 Admin Fee.
In the unlikely event that a booking must be cancelled by Exclusive Escape Holiday Rentals, we will make every effort to transfer the booking and deposit to a suitable date, within a six-month period from the original booking date. If this is not possible, any payments made by the guest will be refunded in full. No compensation will be offered or paid under any circumstances.
Exclusive Escapes Holiday Rentals strongly advise guests to obtain Holiday & Travel Insurance to cover themselves against unforeseen circumstances.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
