Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
All cancellation requests must be made in writing/email.
A refund in peak season will only be issued if cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to arrival
A refund in low and mid seasons will only be issued if cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to arrival.
An administration fee of $40 will apply to each cancellation (group/multiple reservations will each incur their own cancellation fee).
Any transaction fees (credit card fees etc) will not be refunded.
No refunds will be issued for early departure.

Clean and quality grounds
I would highly recommend this place, clean toilets quality grounds and sites especially the enclosed doggie areas. We are staying in one this weekend and we all including our 2 puppies are having a great time. We will be back.Would recommend with no hesitation.
Would recommend Southern Stars with no hesitation and I think I’d go as far as to say that it’s the best caravan park we’ve stayed at. So sad to be leaving today. Your Southern Stars journey begins when you drive in and are greeted by Doug the dog to welcome you to the park. Nat and Todd who run the place are so friendly, helpful and were there to answer any questions and also up for a good chat around the fire pit at night. The ablutions were clean and the communal gathering/camp kitchen area was the largest and best we’ve seen also. Plenty to do for the kids with a great dirt bike track, paddock with footy goals and the rope playground and flying fox. Can’t forget the giant jenga, connect 4, ping pong, air hockey and fuseball in the camp kitchen area. The best thing about Southern Stars though is the spacious sites, the biggest we’ve ever had. the serenity and feel of the farm area and our site was over looking the dam so we didn’t miss out on water views ?Amazing and dog friendly!
Amazing place to stay. Fenced bays for dogs are perfect! Nat, Todd and Tilly are friendly hosts that go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Amenities are the best I have used. We will be back for sure.
