We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies
One night accommodation will incure a $50 surcharge.
More than 14 days notice - deposit refund less $20.
Less than 14 days notice - deposit will be foreited unless alternative arrangements are negotiated.
Villa must be left in acceptable condition or special cleaning fee will be charged. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.
