Self Contained three bedroom cottage. This is one of our little treasures which stands alone amongst Cottage style accommodation.
The cottage has been restored to a very high standard, it is very well equiped, with every conceivable modern amentity, indispersed with an occasional reminder of yesteryear.
This family accommodation will appeal to people who seek and appreciate a quality experience in a unique location and will respect it accordingly.
The accommodation has a large deck.
The third bedroom has a bunk bed and a single and is suitable for children or a single adult. High quality, very well equipped, hundred metres or so from the beach and all sporting and recreational facilities at Emu Point.

Cancellation Policy
Terms & conditions if your plans change
Deposit: A minimum deposit of 50% of the value of the booking is required at the time of making the booking unless the booking is made within 14 days of arrival whereupon payment in full is required.
Cancellation Conditions: If cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival there will be an automatic cancellation charge equivalent to the cost of one nights accommodation unless the accommodation is re-booked. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of arrival there will be an automatic non-refundable cancellation charge equivalent to one nights accommodation or 50% of the entire booking which ever is greater. In addition there will be a $65 Albany Visitor Centre cancellation fee. 50% deposit required at time of booking. Full balance 30 days prior to arrival.
