APARTMENTS
With 9 self-contained units, you can select from 7 spacious, 2-storey townhouses or 2 single-level 1st floor apartments
Options include 1, 2, or 3-bedroom layouts, with one apartment featuring a unique 6-single-bed configuration (available upon request and subject to a reconfiguration fee).
Each apartment includes fresh linen, towels, and complimentary essentials like tea, coffee, washing powder, and dishwashing detergent.
Enjoy fully equipped kitchens with dishwashers and microwaves, plus in-apartment laundry facilities, satellite TV, DVD and CD players, air conditioning in the lounge and master bedroom, and ceiling fans in all other rooms.

TO NOTE
- All managed apartments are located on the 1st or 2nd floor, with no ground-level or wheelchair-accessible options.

- For the comfort of all guests, all apartments are non-smoking and do not allow pets.
- Cot and highchair rentals are available, with a cut-off time of 10am on the day of arrival. Once provided, a rental fee applies.

Unless otherwise requested, the standard bedding configuration is 1 queen bed and 2 singles. Each apartment includes an ensuite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet, along with a second bathroom that features either a shower over a bath or a walk-in shower. Please specify at the time of booking if a bathtub is required. Additionally, there is a second toilet for added convenience. The apartments are fully self-contained, featuring a full kitchen, a DVD and CD player, a washing machine, and a dryer. Designed with comfort in mind, these units boast spacious, open-plan living and dining areas, creating a welcoming space for relaxation and enjoyment. The maximum occupancy for this apartment type is four people, including children. Cots are available for a one-time fee of $20. The layout options include a single-level first-floor unit (no ground-level option available) or a two-level townhouse. The 2nd bathroom offers either a shower over a bathtub or a walk-in shower; please specify your preference for a bathtub when booking. Additionally, there is a 2nd toilet for added convenience. The apartment includes a full kitchen and a laundry area complete with a washing machine, dryer, and sink. The ground level is dedicated to spacious open-plan living, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining, and living area, plus a powder room. A balcony or patio extends the living space outdoors, offering a relaxing area to enjoy the fresh air. Available layouts include a single-level design on the 1st floor (no ground-level option) or a 2-level townhouse. In the townhouse, bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs, while the kitchen, living area, and laundry occupy the ground floor, along with a private rear patio. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change, so here are our conditions and policies

Low Season: At least 48 hrs is required for cancellations at this property. If cancellation is made with in 24hrs of the check in time you will forfeit the full amount for the first night cancelled. Cancellation is by 2pm (Perth time) on the day prior to arrival.

High Season: School holidays, long weekend, weddings, Leeuwin Concert and special events cancellation policy requires 30 days’ notice. Should cancellation occur within 30days of the arrival date you will forfeit the full amount for the first night cancelled.

24 Hours is required for cancellation of extra items such as cots and highchairs. If an extra item is cancelled within 24hrs of the check in time the full charge for the item will be incurred.

Directions

From the North : Travel on the Busselton bypass road towards Margaret River. Turn left at the roundabout and follow the Bussell Highway into Margaret River. After crossing the Margaret River bridge on the entrance to town, turn into the third street on your right, this is Wallcliffe Road. 500 metres on the right you will see the entrance for Leeuwin Apartments. Please note Check in is at the reception at The River Hotel, Margaret River Resort 40 Wallcliffe Rd.

Great for a central base location from which to visit the wider Margaret River area. Basic facilities available onsite, with a kids climbing area and a pool (which was being refurbished during our stay). Clean apartments. We stayed a 3 bedroom apartment, which provided ample space for the family.

Stayed in this apartment for two nights with my wife and two children. It was clean, spacious and kids friendly (playground nearby and kids utensils in apartment). Parking was free and convenient. Although the reception closes at 5pm, clear instructions were given through email on how to collect the keys. I would also recommend The River restaurant located next door.
