For those who like being right on the beach, you will love our one bedroom studios at Prevelly Beach.
High on the hill at Prevelly Beach and only one street back from the beach are two new beach studios each with their own private courtyard with beautiful backdrop of the Leeuwin National Park.
Walk to beaches, Surfers Point, Cafes & walk trails.
Two open-plan studios, each with their own private entrance, parking and courtyards, creating a private and relaxing atmosphere for your holiday.
Studios feature jarrah timber floors, kitchenette with microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge. Large flat screen TV, free wi-fi, quality king size bed & linen and a modern, spacious en-suite bathroom.
Each studio has its own spacious courtyard with outdoor setting and gas BBQ and beautiful view of the Leeuwin National Park yet only one street back from the beach.

At top of hill - turn right into Wallcliffe Road
Travel west along Wallcliffe Rd for 5kms until you reach a T junction which is Caves Road
Turn Left into Caves Road
Take the first right into Wallcliffe Road - travel 2.9kms
Turn right into Surfers Point Road
Travel 240m turn left into Mitchell Drive
Travel 500m at the roundabout turn left into Wooredah Crescent
No 17 Margaret River Beach Studios are at the top on the left
Studio are at the rear of the property
Parking is available at the front of the property, or rear parking for smaller vehicles, can be accessed from the driveway on the south.
